Stephanie Mensh, Vice President, Reimbursement Policy, The Neocure Group. Stephanie provides federal reimbursement strategy analysis, advice and education to medical device companies, healthcare providers, and consumers. For Stephanie’s CV, click here.

Stephanie served as Vice President, Payment & Policy, AdvaMed (Advanced Medical Technololgy Association), and in senior health policy positions for the American Urological Association and American Academy of Ophthalmology. She has managed clinical practice guidelines, policy development on Medicare coverage-coding-payment regulations, committees of physicians and medical manufacturers; developed training programs; written and edited more than 50 professional and consumer publications on health and disability issues; organized, moderated, and made presentations to numerous professional and lay educational programs; and has served on numerous consumer advisory boards. Stephanie has 30 years of experience in federal Medicare, health, and disability issues, with expertise in provider reimbursement, medical devices and equipment, and stroke rehabilitation services. She has a Masters in Public Administration, Finance.

Recent reimbursement educational programs include: Harvard Medical Device Congress; “A Conversation with CMS Chief Clinical Officer, Barry Straube, MD”; “The Dos and Don'ts for Getting Your Product Reimbursed from Private Payers”; “Doing Double Duty: Collecting Data for FDA and CMS in the Same Study”; “Preparing a 2006 Timeline For Getting Reimbursement.”  Educational programs in partnership with Compliance-Alliance, LLC.
